Really friendly front desk staff. Good hotel security measures in place, helped to feel extra safe while sleeping/traveling at night. Loved the bed pillows and comforters and the fact that all of the bedding here is cleaned between guests(did you know that most hotels only change sheets between guests and not comforters???!) The hotel has free refillable water options which is amazing the number 1 thing I always want in a hotel is filtered water to drink before bed

Our stay at this hotel was amazing from beginning to end. We needed to check in to the hotel early, as our flight got in very early in the AM, and we were able to call the front desk, and the hotel manager, Amara, was able to help us out. As soon as we arrived Amara and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, caring, and considerate. Every time we passed by the front desk we were greeted with kind smiles and warm platitudes. The amenities in the hotel make the stay incredibly comforting. The room was clean, the sheets/bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the water bottle refill station was incredibly handy. There were lots of little touches that really made this hotel feel like an experience. From the pineapple shaped cookies in the lobby, to the pre portioned bags of ice in the ice machine, to the adorable pineapple shaped toilet paper, everything felt purposeful and well executed. A lot of other reviews mention noise being an issue, this was not an issue during our stay whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will absolutely be looking to return if we are ever staying in the downtown Seattle area again. Thank you to the staff, especially Amara for creating lasting memories for us in Seattle!

What a great hotel. Midtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice functional room Clean and has a good sized bathroom. A bit no frills but that is fine. Pooches welcome too. 10 min walk to either Space Needle/Chihuly Glass or to Pike Place Market.

Hotel Five has truly become my home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those traveling with kids or pets. The staff is exceptional, making you feel like family from the moment you arrive. The rooms are not only spotless but also spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. The front desk staff goes above and beyond, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and bars, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Additionally, they surprised my nephew with a special pineapple treat for his 2nd birthday, adding an extra touch of warmth and thoughtfulness to our stay. My entire family had an absolute blast during our stay. We can't wait to return!

We had a mixup with our reservation that we didn’t realize until after we checked in. Both the hotel, and the larger Pineapple brand, were spectacular at helping us resolve it - incredibly speedy and kind. We’ve stayed Pineapple before and will definitely stay with them again.
